Het Belgische investeringsplatform Alpha Seed heeft via zijn dochter Alpha Tha\u00ef Benelux afgelopen juli de kans niet laten liggen om de master franchise van het merk Pitaya, Franse specialist van Thai Street food voor de Benelux, in handen te krijgen.<\/p>\n

Pitaya’s eerste Belgische restaurant opende zijn deuren in Brussel in september, gevolgd door een tweede restaurant in Luik in december, beide midden in de Covid-crisis.<\/p>\n

Om haar expansieplan voor de komende 7 jaar in de Benelux (70 restaurants waarvan 30 in Belgi\u00eb, 35 in Nederland en 5 in het Groothertogdom Luxemburg) te realiseren, heeft Alpha Seed, in samenwerking met BeeBonds, een alternatief financieringsplatform (crowdfunding), vanaf 14 januari 2021 een obligatie-uitgifte met een looptijd van 4 jaar gelanceerd tegen een brutorentevoet van 8% \/ jaar, met een inschrijvingsperiode die eindigt op 27 januari, met een maximaal investeringsbedrag van \u20ac 2.000.000.<\/p>\n

Een primeur in de wereld van fastfood en franchising in Belgi\u00eb, hoewel soortgelijke crowdfundingoperaties al zijn uitgevoerd door andere franchisenemers in andere sectoren.<\/p>\n
