Sinds het begin van het jaar 2021, hebben ze het vernieuwde organigram van hun managementteam al onthuld waarmee de franchiseformule Lunch Garden versterkt de heropening van de horeca tegemoet gaat. Dat was de eerste stap op weg naar een nog groter en breder succesverhaal. Met evenveel trots hebben ze \u00a0nu bekend gemaakt dat Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) hun nieuwe hoofdaandeelhouder is geworden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICG is al sinds 2015 betrokken bij Lunch Garden en neemt nu als eigenaar de fakkel over van Freshstream dat ook bij het bedrijf betrokken blijft.\u00a0\u00a0 ICG is een Brits private equity fund dat een indrukwekkend vermogen beheert en wereldwijd actief is met zetels in 14 landen. Het heeft al behoorlijk wat ervaring in de horecawereld in verschillende landen. Zij worden niet alleen de ruggengraat van het bedrijf, ze willen Lunch Garden ook naar nieuwe hoogtes brengen. Daarvoor vertrouwt ICG op het huidige managementteam en al hun franchisenemers die Lunch Garden al jaren al tot een succesverhaal uitbouwen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De financi\u00eble steun van ICG heeft hun door de voorbije maanden zonder omzet geloodst en nu verhogen zij hun engagement dus nog meer. Dat zegt uiteraard alles over hun vertrouwen in het franchiseconcept, de kwaliteit en de mensen van Lunch Garden. Als managementteam zijn ze erg verheugd om met ICG als partner en hoofdaandeelhouder de toekomst tegemoet te gaan. Dit biedt hun interessante nieuwe perspectieven waar ze voluit voor willen gaan, samen met de klanten.\u00a0\u00a0 Vanuit Lunch Garden kijken ze alvast uit naar het verderzetten van hun erg aangename samenwerking.
