Op 3 februari 2022 opende een nieuwe Brico City franchisewinkel<\/a> met 700 m\u00b2 verkoopoppervlakte haar deuren op Steenweg naar Charleroi, op een steenworp afstand van het St\u00e9phanieplein in Brussel.<\/p>\n

Deze compacte franchisewinkel biedt, zoals in alle Brico City winkels, een assortiment producten voor de meest voorkomende kleine klusjes en biedt ook diverse aanvullende diensten zoals het huren van gereedschap, waaronder ook een kleurmachine.<\/p>\n

Een \u00a0vertrouwde multi-franchisenemer aan de Brico Groep<\/b><\/p>\n

Het is inderdaad met een glimlach dat franchisenemer Julien Van den Bril zijn vijfde franchisewinkel opent bij de Brico groep.<\/p>\n

Het begon allemaal in 2009 voordat Julien Van den Bril, gediplomeerd in toegepaste communicatie en reclame aan de IHECS, na 5 jaar gewerkt te hebben in een multinational, de kans kreeg om een Shop & Go franchisewinkel over te nemen in de Brusselse regio.<\/p>\n

Hij verkocht deze winkel 5 jaar later en greep een nieuwe kans op enkele meters hiervan om een ijzerwarenwinkel over te nemen. Dit was het begin van zijn avontuur met de Brico groep: in maart 2012 werd hij de franchisenemer van zijn eerste Brico City na de nodige verbouwingen te hebben uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n

Drie jaar later bood de Brico-groep hem de kans om een Brico-winkel van 1650 m\u00b2 te openen in Grez-Doiceau in Waals-Brabant. Hij nam deze nieuwe uitdaging aan en ontdekte een andere wereld, die van een Brico-winkel met een tiental werknemers en meer dan 10.000 productreferenties.<\/p>\n

In oktober 2017 nam hij ook de Brico City in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe over.\u00a0 In augustus 2021 is het de Brico van Braine l’Alleud die zijn portefeuille van winkels vervolledigt v\u00f3\u00f3r de opening begin februari van deze vijfde franchisewinkel in Sint-Gillis.<\/p>\n

Brico et franchising<\/b><\/p>\n

Brico heeft een duidelijke expansiestrategie, waar franchising een belangrijk aandeel van is. Als franchisegever sinds 1978 heeft Brico veel ervaring op dit gebied en 60% van de winkels onder de Brico vlag worden via franchising beheerd, terwijl alle Brico City winkels enkel via franchising worden uitgebaat.<\/p>\n
