De specialiteit van het huis? Bubbelthee. Tien winkels staan op de planning, de primeur is voor Docks Bruxsel.<\/p>\n<h2>Thee met balletjes<\/h2>\n<p>\u2018Bubble Tea\u2019 of bubbelthee is in enkele decennia uitgegroeid tot zowat de nationale drank van Taiwan: een combinatie van thee, melk (of ijs), vruchtensiroop en tapiocaballetjes, te drinken met een rietje. Recent is het hippe drankje ook aan een steile opgang bezig in Europa. Verschillende lokale theebars bieden het al aan.<\/p>\n<p>Nu komt ook het Taiwanese origineel \u2013 opgericht in 1996 \u2013 naar Belgi\u00eb: Gong Cha wil hier dit jaar een tiental winkels openen, goed voor een vijftigtal jobs. De expansie wordt verzekerd door franchisepartner Mad Vision. De eerste winkel opent binnen enkele weken in het winkelcentrum Dockx Bruxsel.
