De eerste pilootwinkel opende op dinsdag 12 juli in Gembloux, de tweede volgt vrijdag in \u2019s-Gravenbrakel.<\/p>\n<h2>Grondige oefening<\/h2>\n<p>De groep Louis Delhaize zet door met de ombouwoperatie die alle Match en Smatch-franchisewinkels in Belgi\u00eb onder de Louis Delhaize-vlag moet brengen. Een eerste pilootwinkel van de nieuwe formule voor de grotere supermarkten opende dinsdag in Gembloux. Vrijdag opent er al een tweede, in \u2019s-Gravenbrakel. Voorlopig gaat het nog om een test: een echte uitrol volgt pas na een grondige evaluatie van het concept.<\/p>\n<p>De retailer maakte een grondige oefening en ontwikkelde het nieuwe concept op basis van rondetafelgesprekken met klanten en medewerkers. Dat resulteerde in een formule die zich wil onderscheiden van andere supermarkten, onder andere door \u2018runshoppen\u2019 en \u2018funshoppen\u2019 uit elkaar te halen. Dit is een eerste test, van een echte uitrol is voorlopig geen sprake, ook al was het oorspronkelijke plan dat alle 55 Smatch en 35 Match franchisewinkels zouden worden omgebouwd tegen eind 2025. De formule zal eerst grondig worden ge\u00ebvalueerd. Maar dat wil niet zeggen dat ze intussen stilstaan. Er liggen plannen klaar voor winkelverbouwingen begin 2023 en ze bouwen ook enkele Smatch franchiseverkooppunten om naar Louis Delhaize.
