Het Belgische directieteam van\u00a0Carrefour<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0wordt grondig hertekend. Vanaf 1 oktober krijgt elk format zijn eigen operationele directie. Overkoepelend operationeel directeur Hilde Decadt vertrekt na bijna dertig jaar.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Van 1 naar 3 operationeel directeurs<\/u><\/u><\/h2>\n

Na 28 jaar verlaat Decadt op 1 oktober de supermarktgroep: ze zet haar loopbaan verder buiten het bedrijf. Daarom, en om zich \u201caan te passen aan de vele uitdagingen die ons de komende maanden te wachten staan\u201d, hervormt Carrefour Belgium zijn uitvoerend directiecomit\u00e9.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

De nieuwe operationele structuur volgt de structuur van de drie types winkelformules van de keten. Zo moet de directie ook beter rekening houden met de specifieke kenmerken van elk format, met \u2018operations directors\u2019 voor de onderdelen Hypermarket, Market en Proximity. C\u00e9dric Amman wordt hoofd van de hypermarkten, Giosino Cornacchia krijgt de Market-winkels onder zich (zowel de ge\u00efntegreerde als de franchisewinkels) en Pascal Boon de buurtwinkels.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
