Tom&Co<\/strong><\/a>, de Belgische franchiseketen van dierenspeciaalzaken, meldt dat Hilde Decadt op 30 januari de rol van operationeel directeur opneemt. Eerder vervulde ze dezelfde functie bij\u00a0Carrefour Belgium.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Grote ambities<\/u><\/u><\/h2>\n

Hilde Decadt treedt toe tot het uitvoerend comit\u00e9 van Tom&Co, waar ze nauw zal samenwerken met Thierry le Grelle (CEO), Maud Leschevin (CCO), Katrien Janssens (CFO) en Herbert Delahaije (Group Legal Counsel). Ze krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over zowel de franchise- als de ge\u00efntegreerde winkels, de expansie van het netwerk en de logistieke activiteiten, in de Belux en in Frankrijk.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

In september vorig jaar vertrok Hilde Decadt\u00a0na een loopbaan van dertig jaar\u00a0bij Carrefour, waar ze onder andere winkelmanager, marketingdirecteur en operationeel directeur was. Aan ervaring geen gebrek, dus. \u201cIk heb de voorbije jaren al mooie projecten mogen realiseren, en beslis nu heel bewust om een nieuwe weg in te slaan\u201d, zegt ze. \u201cTom&Co is, als groeiende pet retailer met een duidelijke visie en met mooie waarden, voor mij de juiste stap.\u201d<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Tom&Co heeft grote ambities in een snel groeiende sector: de retail wil een toonaangevende dierenwinkelketen worden in Europa. Vandaag heeft de keten 194 winkels, waarvan 132 in Belgi\u00eb, 2 in Luxemburg en 60 in Frankrijk.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
