Nadat de eerste ge\u00efntegreerde Delhaize-winkels openden, verwelkomde ook\u00a0Intermarch\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0een week geleden zijn eerste overgedragen (en getransformeerde) winkel uit het Mestdagh-netwerk.<\/u><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Onlangs was er de overdracht van de eerste Delhaize-winkels aan zelfstandige uitbaters-franchisnemers-, zowel in Vlaanderen als in Walloni\u00eb. Het Mestdagh-franchisenetwerk, overgenomen door Intermarch\u00e9, doet minder stof opwaaien en genereert minder controverse in de pers. Maar ook hier ligt het project op schema. Het bewijs: een eerste winkel heeft net het contingent “Intermarch\u00e9 by Mestdagh” verlaten, tijdelijk uitgebaat door de keten, in afwachting van de aanstelling van een onafhankelijke koper. De winkel in Genappe ligt in een kleine winkelzone naast een Colruyt en een Aldi. De nieuwe uitbaters, Marie-Estelle en Pierre-Yves Belli, zijn geen onbekenden van de groep: dit koppel kwam in 2020 bij de groep om de Intermarch\u00e9-winkel in Rebecq over te nemen. Mevrouw Belli werkte voordien in de horlogedistributie. Haar man heeft 18 jaar voor een franchisenemer van Mestdagh gewerkt, waar hij niet minder dan zes winkels heeft geleid. We kunnen wel zeggen dat hij niet op onbekend terrein begint met deze nieuwe uitdaging. Hun tweede Intermarch\u00e9-vestiging beslaat een winkelruimte van 1.535 m\u00b2, die is aangepast aan het nieuwste concept van Intermarch\u00e9 Belgi\u00eb.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
