De retailer zal op zoek gaan naar nieuwe franchisenemers om de winkels uit te baten.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<h2>Textielafdelingen verdwijnen<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/h2>\n<p>De acht van de familie Troukens zijn vooral in de Kempen al decennia een begrip. De keten heeft vestigingen in Bilzen, Geel, Grobbendonk, Herentals, Lommel, Mol, Mol-Wezel en Sint-Niklaas. Nu heeft de familie beslist om haar winkels te verkopen aan franchisegever Carrefour, die al aandeelhouder was. Dat hebben de ondernemingsraad en de medewerkers eerder deze week vernomen. De transactie moet nog wel goedgekeurd worden door de Belgische mededingingsautoriteit. Als dat lukt, zal de overdracht in principe op 31\u00a0januari 2024 plaatsvinden.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Carrefour houdt alle acht overgenomen winkels open, maar is niet van plan om ze zelf uit te baten: de retailer gaat\u00a0op zoek naar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/franchisingbelgium.be\/nl\/franchisenemer-worden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/franchisingbelgium.be\/nl\/franchisenemer-worden\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1700159918250000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1h9XKFmyAnsM1iGxjL_iBP\">franchisenemers<\/a>\u00a0om de supermarkten uit te baten. De familie blijft eigenaar van de panden.
