Voormalige CEO Annick Van Overstraeten keert als bestuurder terug bij restaurantketen\u00a0Lunch Garden<\/a>. Ze zal dat combineren met haar huidige functie als CEO bij Le Pain Quotidien.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Annick Van Overstraeten is benoemd als bestuurder bij de nieuwe vennootschap Lunch Garden Belgium, meldt de website\u00a0De Rijkste Belgen. Van Overstraeten was tussen 2010 en 2020 CEO van de restaurantketen, maar stapte op na een meningsverschil met een toenmalige aandeelhouder. Ze wordt nu opnieuw opgevist door CIM Capital, het investeringsfonds dat het failliete bedrijf een doorstart bezorgde. Van Overstraeten wordt niet-uitvoerend bestuurder en zal dat combineren met haar functie als CEO van Le Pain Quotidien, wat toch opmerkelijk is. \u201cIk blijf 100 procent actief bij Le Pain Quotidien, ik heb er meer dan voldoende mijn handen vol. Dit is eigenlijk een non-event.\u00a0Het is logisch dat ze me gevraagd hebben als bestuurder\u201d, verklaart ze daarover aan De Tijd. Ze kreeg Lunch Garden na een moeilijke periode terug op de sporen, een realisatie waarvoor ze een nominatie voor Manager van het Jaar in de wacht sleepte. Na haar vertrek verging de restaurantketen niet goed.
