Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Duval, die meer dan tien jaar aan het hoofd stond van\u00a0Amazon\u00a0<\/strong>in Frankrijk en Belgi\u00eb, treedt toe tot de Raad van Bestuur van\u00a0Tom&Co<\/strong><\/a>, het Belgische franchisenetwerk<\/a> in dierenspeciaalzaken.<\/p>\n

Expertise in e-commerce<\/h2>\n

Duval werkte gedurende meer dan twintig jaar bij Amazon, waarvan meer dan tien aar aan het hoofd van Amazon France. Daarnaast was hij er actief als VP Country Manager voor Frankrijk en Belgi\u00eb en als VP Consumer Electronics Europe. Nu benoemt Tom&Co Group hem tot lid van de Raad van Bestuur van haar holdingvennootschap, Petserco Holding SRL, met ingang van 1 juni 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cIk ben verheugd om dit nieuwe hoofdstuk bij Tom&Co te beginnen en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling en groei van het bedrijf in heel Europa. Tom&Co is uitstekend gepositioneerd om in te spelen op de evolutie van de retailsector, met name dankzij de toenemende rol van zijn digitale kanalen,\u201d zegt Duval in een persmededeling.<\/p>\n

\u201cFr\u00e9d\u00e9ric beschikt over een onge\u00ebvenaarde ervaring in e-commerce in Europa, opgebouwd in uiteenlopende domeinen zoals management, operations, financi\u00ebn, supply chain en pricing, aldus Pascal Clouzard, voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur van Tom&Co. \u201cDie expertise zal bijzonder waardevol zijn voor de ontwikkelingen die momenteel bij Tom&Co plaatsvinden.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vorige week kondigde Tom&Co\u00a0al enkele wijzigingen aan in het directieteam<\/a>. Naast 195 winkels in Belgi\u00eb, Frankrijk en Luxemburg exploiteert de retailer ook een e-commerceplatform (www.tomandco.com) met click-&-collectservice en de grootste online dierenapotheek in Belgi\u00eb, Nederland en Frankrijk onder de merknamen Pharmapets (www.pharmapets.be) en Vetostore (www.vetostore.com).<\/p>\n
